Wouldn't open up other dressing room's. Three Associates took turns going into the right corner. It seemed as though they were filming or watching the dressing rooms that are close to the front door. When we go to a store to buy stuff we intend to go there in a reasonable Manner and fashion instead they were more concerned with being security than making sure the customers were treated with respect and able to get in and out I can fry it up a couple different times and they just kept telling me that the store wasn't busy enough to open up the back. But if you have to wait 15 minutes because there was three or four of us there then I believe that it should have been opened up in the back so we could have got out of there. Like I said they were more concerned about being cops and watching that front dressing area then what the customer is actually needed which is shenanigans if they had time to walk back and forth to that right corner three different associates they had time to open the back up and let the people that were trying on clothes try on and leave the store it's a simple as that this isn't a push and shove deal because obviously they're going to win cuz they're watching the store but like I said it's all about timing where there to spend our money and if you keep us waiting cuz you want to be on your little camera and keep an eye on the front dressing room. If you're staring directly at the dressing rooms it's actually the left corner but walking in the store it's your far right. I'm only one customer but I'm pretty sure this happens more than just to me or One customer I feel it just needs to be brought to your attention whoever is reading this that they're not paid to be security guards or cops their associates they have plenty of time I watch them in a walk back and forth between the three of them they could have opened up the other dressing rooms and allowed to flow. they wanted to watch that corner they wanted to be right there like something was going to happen we already know it's a fact of reality people are stealing when they shouldn't be. In this world it happens all around us but you don't want your good paying customers waiting because they think they're going to make the...
Read moreI recently visited our local Ross store on Dec.10th 2020. Now most Ross stores would be packed with shoppers. This store was not. There was one cashier and the manager doing returns. The store looked organized as you walked inn. The clearence items were nil to none. The selections were very slim. The phone items were for iPhone only. The makeup area was upside down. I walk back to the baby section for a soft toy 3months +. The only item I found was a toy that had been handled many times, did not work, and was obviously dirty with sun damage. I take this item to the manager at the customer service desk. I inform her on this toy and my findings, she offers 30% discount. I think that's ok, not good but ok. I get home to see if the batteries were the problem.... I open the battery area of the toy and there is battery acid inside the back of this plus cuddle toy for a 3 month old.. So upset that Ross's are selling old damaged items especially baby items that I went looking to rate this horribly...
Read moreI keep giving them extra chances hoping I'd experienced an isolated incident. The merchandise is ok at best, but some of the employees are acting like they are a high end fashion boutique trying to get all Pretty Woman on people by having secret shoppers follow around and mean mug customers. I shouldn't be able to know I'm being followed around. That's so rude, and ridiculously unprofessional. Also, get a better security system, damn. You guys are too poor for good cameras but want your budget conscious customers to be profiled for being lower income? That's a little hypocritical. If I were rich I sure wouldn't be at Ross, most of us wouldn't. I was half expecting the cast of the show What Would You Do to pop out anytime, but nope it was real. This is the worst store I've ever...
