So many complaints about this place:

Every time I go, they fail to provide me with a map - therefore, I am doomed to wander hopelessly. It feels as though I have entered the Maze Runner movie. I wander in the never-ending landscape of project ideas, seasonal candle scents, and ridiculously adorable wall decor - constantly changing every month.

Memory Loss - Each time I enter the building, I seem to endure some sort of short-term amnesia. Prior to arriving, I set a specific dollar amount I am allowed to utilize for my provisions. However, amongst the constantly and ever-changing landscape, the amnesia sets in, and my $30 shopping list budget for "a few needed supplies" in August quickly becomes $300 in entirely ESSENTIAL Christmas decor purchases for my fireplace mantle and foyer! Clearly, within 15 minutes, the amnesia and Christmas candle scents have set in strongly... because I have neither a mantle OR foyer.

Hobby Lobby has affected my genetic lineage.. my babies.. my offspring - Even my beloved children have now become enslaved to the aisles of this twisted pleasure maze of modern cars, adorable miniatures, fairytale themed beads, and lockets They have even now created their on theme song they sing on our way to the glowing doorway as we approach, and I fear for what this means for our beautifully decorated and cozy home life moving forward...

Love to walk in and just enjoy everyth they got its fun and if someth i can afford i will bye it .But when some manager is following you all over the store like I'm shoplifting made the visit very unpleasant every time I turned around he was lurking around corners from the minute I walked in to the minute I paid I don't carry a big purse to be stuffing it with anything and I had a backpack on and I did not take it out for anything that'd be the only way I could shoplift if I was to but I had no intentions of it that man needs to back off he's really making customers feel uncomfortable I understand he has a job to do and if he has any suspicion of anybody he has the right to do that but when you see that they're not up to nothing then he needs to back off there's cameras in there too he could go tell the camera man keep an eye on this person that way I don't see him and feel him around the corner or right behind me it was the most uncomfortable situation I've been I don't think I'll be going in there anymore I'll go to Jo-Ann's as much as I...

I enjoy the craftiness of hobby lobby no matter where the store is located. They always have a sale that is going on which is great.

Everything is incredibly expensive! If you have several hundreds of dollars to just spend on items you could get for much cheaper, then go for it! The prices really are outrageous!

The customer service is lacking. When I asked a question the employees quickly answered the question as they walked away and didn't offer any assistance or seek to know if I had any further questions about a piece of furniture. I have worked in retail, so I know that it is incredibly important to stick around until the customer is done asking questions.

I am not impressed with this particular customer service. They have nice products for those who have lots of money and the music is lovely. But the prices (for all hobby lobbies as I know it isn't one store that controls prices) and lack of customer service in this particular store...
