The owner responded by accusing me of leaving inaccurate reviews online, but I am unclear which specific parts they believe are untruthful or misleading.
Truth: The school imposed a 5-day ban on my child, which I didn't see from any other daycare center. While I understand that this is outlined in their policy, I find it difficult to understand the logic behind a 5-day ban for a 4-year-old. Come on.
Truth: A teacher explicitly told us, "I knew your son would get our burst, but I have to follow the rules and warn other kids about the consequences of not following the rules." This is exactly what was said, your judgement.
I am not claiming that my son is perfect—he does have his challenges. However, I believe there are better ways to address behavioral issues, especially communicating with the parents. It seems that quieter and more compliant children may thrive here, so will many other kids. But this does not necessarily reflect the school’s approach to caring for and accommodating each child’s unique personality.
For future parents, I don't mean to scare you off this place. I am just telling you the facts we've had at this place. At the end of the day, it's all about your child and what's best for them.

My child attended the two-year-old program for only three months, during which time the teachers changed frequently. Additionally, the negative language and biased treatment from certain teachers had a detrimental impact on my child, often pushing her to the verge of emotional breakdown. When the bias escalated to unprovoked aggression, I felt it was necessary to pull her out immediately and speak with the director. It was then that I learned more troubling details, such as how the teachers had ignored my child when she sought interaction after completing her work, only to report her frustration as misbehavior. While I understand that managing tantrums can be challenging, I believe their handling of these situations was unprofessional and unacceptable.
Fortunately, my child is now thriving at another preschool. Perhaps, as the director of this new preschool assured us, the problem often lies not with the children, but...
Read moreMy child started in their preschool since she was 2, she has been improving day by day in this school! The teachers here are so patient, not only helping with academic studies, but also bringing out my child's more outgoing and cheerful personality, making her happy every day. We come from an all-Chinese environment at home, and at first, my child did not understand English. However, after over six months of school, she can now converse in English and recognizes many sight words. I am extremely surprised and touched by her progress! This school is really amazing. The facilities in this school are all very new, and the classrooms are spacious, clean, and tidy. Also, there are a few enrichment classes available, which enrich my child's school life even after regular classes are finished. Highly recommend for any parent looking to start their child in a school....
