DON’T GO HERE!! If i could give 0 stars i would. First of all I called at 9:15 to check if they sold vapes and asked if they closed at 10 (which is what time they’re website said they closed) they said they’re closing in 30 minutes. I showed up at 9:27 and they had lights off and doors locked. I called again and they opened the store for me. Not sure why they were closed before 9:30 in the first place when the website says 10pm and they told me 9:45. Anyways when I get inside they tell me they’re cash only and since I only had my debit card I had to use their ATM. Again I talked to them twice on the phone you would think they would mention they were cash only at the moment. Then I use the ATM and take out $40 but the machine only gave me $20. When I told the guy he mumbled something and clearly didn’t care at all. He said I’ll sell you the vape for only $20 as if that was my issue. This place is a complete scam and now I have to deal with my bank to get the $20 back into my account. Completely unprofessional and...

This business is ILLEGALLY charging people a "vape tax" when they buy smoking accessories. I looked it up online, and that tax is supposed to be paid by the retailer, NOT the consumer. So if anyone reading this was charged 'extra' when they bought a pipe, bong, vape, etc they overcharged you fraudulently. Any and all taxes (besides Massachusetts sales tax) again should be paid by the retailer, and included in the price listed for...

Don’t bother buying anything from them at 699 Main st Smoke & Convenience store they sell defective products then won’t fix them. They are a joke and don’t care about customers care.
