I went to this place about three times because it is directly next to an apartment Iām renting short term. Thatās the only reason I went back more than once. Today was the last time. You can see the ring finger mail has a black speck in it and over all the nails were unimpressive. When I asked Jenny who seems to be the person in charge, she was very rude and doesnāt like when you tell her what you need her to fix with your nails. She cannot handle the truth about her lack of skills with design and shaping of the nails. She rushed through today so much, she did not deserve a tip in my opinion. She told me she cannot so design on dip nails, as if I havenāt been getting dip on my nails for the last five years and know that you can. She simply didnāt want to do it because I didnāt like her design last time and had to keep them very simple in order for her to accomplish it. They always remember me, even when itās been a couple months between visits, are upbeat, and the quality of my mani and pedi (reg, dip, and gel) are always great! Make an appointment (same day is fine) and youāll get right in and enjoy your experience.
I was in the salon today when a negative review came through and the owner was SO upset over it. It was her first bad review since she took over ownership over a year ago. And the worst part is that it had clearly been someone reviewing the wrong business as the description of the physical salon space and itās policies around waiting/staffing were 100% incorrect to anyone who uses this salon regularly. Small businesses, especially now, depend so heavily on retaining their customers and bringing new people in the door, so I wanted to do whatever I could to support...

The first time I had my nails done by a a lady named Ketty I believe who was very polite and nice. She did a great job. However, the second time I went I had another lady do my nails and literally was chopping off the corners of my nails with the nail filer and I said it hurts and she said āno it doesnātā..I said excuse me ? How are you going to tell me it doesnāt hurt when the corner of my nails are turning red.
Ok..so I decided no big deal. Then as Iām leaving sheās like your total is $80 no problem. Iām paying with a cardā¦she then says you NEED to pay tipā¦I said umm ok ..I am going to leave a tip but Iāve never been told to leave one.
So I leave her a small tip because she did a horrible jobā¦she threw the tip across the table and said Iāll give it to someone who needs it. I was so shocked.
So rude, no customer service and very disrespectful. I will not be back!...
