New York Taco & Pizza — Restaurant in Waltham

Walked into this empty place the other night just want to get some chicken wings, it is not on the wall menus when I searched for it. A lady came to ask what I need. I asked her do they have chicken wings and she said yes and told what kinds they have. The one I was end up getting is Buffalo which is 15.xx dollars. So I waited there when they were making it, check around a bit since it was my first time there. And found their take out menus. As I went thru the menus, I saw chicken wings, four different styles, (she only told me two) and to my biggest surprise, they are all only $11.5 for 12 wings, which is the size I was getting, not 15 dollars that she charged me for! And right at that time, my wings are ready. I thought to ask them about why there is a difference but I figured they would give me a bunch of excuse. So I didn't ask, just took my wings and get out of there! No wonder why is that place so empty during dinner time... Never...

I used to order Pizza from here once a week for the past year and a half, as even though they are not the closest we liked them the best. Then over the past month I first got a pizza where the box had been tilted to one side and all the cheese and toppings were off the pizza. When I called to complain I was told I would be given a "credit" on my next order. the next order sure enough I had a 3 $ credit, for a 17$ ruined pizza. then tonight, our pizza arrived and was burnt, since I now check the pies when they get here I showed it to the delivery girl who shrugged. I called to complain and wound up getting argued with and talked down to.... They have lost my business and I hope you will think twice about ordering from them, as being accountable for their food is apparently something they...

SO I LOVE THE FOOD!!! BUT the OWNER IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE. SHE WAS RUDE OVER THE PHONE AND RUDE AS HELL IN PERSON. I AM A PREGNANT WOMAN AND HAVE MY SPECIFICS THAT I ENJOY. IVE BEEN IN FOOD MANAGEMENT FOR 10 YEARS AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO QUESTION IF I KNOW WHAT ITS LIKE TO TAKE A "DIFFICULT" phone order. SIMPLY BECAUSE I REQUESTED LITTLE PICKLES, AND QUESTIONED IF HOT PEPERS WERE RELISH HOTS OR JALAPENOS. UNFORTUNATELY THIS BUSINESS WILL NEVER GET MY SERVICE AGAIN. AND I WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD THE WORD. SHE EXPLAINED SHES JUS LIKE THAT..RUDY AND NASTY. I AM ALL BOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
