I'm not one to usually leave reviews, I never really know what to say. If what I am saying makes any sense or if it's appropriate or not. However after my experience with Amanda I feel obliged to do so. I started looking for a house a few months ago and had absolutely no idea what I was doing. I had talked to a couple other realtors that I just didn't vibe with they made me feel like I was a burden and the whole experience was stressing me out. I decided to email Amanda about a house and it was the best thing I could have done. We went over my budget and what I was looking for in a home, I thought I was crazy and really didn't think it would happen. Literally the very next day she was sending me houses that were right up my alley. After scheduling to go look at the first house and actually meeting Amanda in person I knew instantly I made the right decision contacting her. We hit it off right away. She made looking at the houses fun. There were funny stories, lots of jokes, and many laughs. She made buying a house a super fun experience with absolutely no stress. I feel she went above and beyond explaining things to me especially when it came to the financing part. Them people were using words that I couldn't even pronounce so I text Amanda and she explained it all to me in a way I could understand. Whenever there were hiccups along the way she was extremely patient and helped me work through them. Thanks to her skills and knowledge I'm in my dream home. I can't thank her enough for the awesome experience I had buying my first home. I tried to ask Siri which is better 5 stars, 10/10 rating, 100 gold star stickers, or a atta-girl and she said she didn't understand the question so im gonna go ahead and give Amanda all the above because she definitely deserves it!!!
