Emiliano Pizza II Warminster-Now Indian food — Restaurant in Warminster Township

Went to the restaurant in person and the service was WAY below par. Ordered two cheesesteaks, fries, mozzarella sticks, a milkshake and two root beers. We received the mozzarella sticks, the milkshake, and the two cheesesteaks. All of these foods were staggered, coming out about 4 minutes for each subsequent item. We ended up waiting for 10 minutes before asking a server about our fries, which never arrived which which then took another 15 minutes (which another table came and got multiple orders of fries in that time) to come out. We never received our root beers so we had to go to the front of store and get it ourselves. Which when explained to a worker they said "you can get it yourself". Ultimately the food wasn't good and definitely not justified of the prices - which by the way it was only revealed when we went to pay that literally every item on the menu has increased in price. When bringing this up with the person up front she said that "like all things the prices have increased" and left it at that. Saying that she tells all of her servers to say that the prices have increased and that she does tell everyone she personally serves. However, we sat next to another table and know for a fact that she did not clarify the increased prices to the table beside us. This is further showcased by the continuous other reviews here talking about the sudden and unexplained increase in prices without notice. Overall failed on quality, communication, and service. If you understand that your servers have failed and that we could not have any knowledge of the price changes, yet take no action to rectify this with the customer or provide for them, I can not and will not come again nor recommend that anyone ever does.

Edit: Just to add, the price increases weren't small either, some are over a 2$ increase. Also, while we voiced our concerns and the lady spoke to us, a smile never left her face and showed no remorse, regret, or compassion. **EDIT: Do NOTE I never asked anything for free I requested that since the red spicy sauce was not on the egg khemmo so I requested if I could have it on the said which you want to charge. Also since the my food was made wrong wanted it corrected when that did not happen I simply asked for refund left the food right on the front counter to which your Cashier said he does not have ability to refund anyone and I have to come back in when the owner is back.

I have been coming here for long time for extra spicy egg khemmo. Each time made wrong by the cooks I specifically say no cheese and no mayonnaise yet they still put it on my egg khemmo. Also, I always get spicy egg khemmo but each time it's made completely wrong without the red spicy sauce.

Tonight, my order was made wrong I said no cheese and mayonnaise and would like extra spicy with the red spicy sauce. My egg khemmo was with mayonnaise and cheese and no red spicy sauce. So I asked for the red spicy sauce on side they said it's an extra cost! I was shocked because it's their mistake yet they want me to pay for it.

Additionally, the cashier called the owner and I spoke to him on the phone. Never once mention about making things correct. The cooks finally remade my egg khemmo but just transferred the old egg khemmo to a roll that didn't have cheese and mayonnaise. I saw them do it so I said I would like my refund. Food here honestly is awesome. Prices/portions are on point. In fact, for the money, it's the best in the area. Stay away from the cheesecake though. It's bought from an outside bakery and its really awful. Like they should be ashamed to sell it with their incredible menu offerings kinda awful. Like I couldn't even get my 3 year old to eat it awful. The only reason for 4 stars (should be more like 2 stars but the food and prices are just really that good) is we are 5 for 5 with delivery problems. 100% of the time items have been missing from delivered meals. Once it was ketchup (our request was "an insane amount of ketchup") they gave us 1 packet. One time they forgot 2 desserts, today they forgot my salad and garlic bread. I strongly suggest skipping the delivery, just carry out and save the drama.
