Aaron's Rent To Own — Local services in Warner Robins

So disappointed in this store. Especially the woman that works there she is very rude and disrespectful. On today she decided to show up to my home in her personal car and discuss my account with the contractors working on my house (mind you I am not 30 60 or 90 days past due) she was yelling and screaming in front of my house to where my neighbors could hear. I called the manager Damion and expressed how angry and upset I was and he said well what do you want me to do at this point and I said at least show some empathy or compassion about what your employee did he said well ok. I also asked why did it have to go this far I didn’t receive a letter none of my references were called and I feel like she just wanted to pick a fight with a customer he eventually hung up in my face not once but 3 times. I called the 1800 number and went up to the store front obtain a copy on my lease agreement and the woman was there very rude and in fact a employee had to hold her back and take her to an office space and calm her down. I asked to speak with a District or Regional Manager and they said they didn’t have one which I know is very unlikely. I usually do not write reviews but I felt compelled to because I have been a customer almost four years and have paid off a washer dryer a sofa loveseat and 200 dollars away from paying off the lease I have now I am obviously a loyal customer and the way they handle customers is unacceptable. In my opinion, not at all trustworthy, they don't honor their agreements. I rented a dryer from here, the online ad says 1 cent to get started and no payment for 30 days, they do not honor the ad. I was made to pay half down and supposed to pay the other half on the 15th on this month. Well they made me pay the entire month instead which gives them a FREE $28 in their pockets. I got a refund and was told to call them back to pay the correct amount, supposed to have been $28.35, but nooooo...they took out $61 instead which is actually $5 higher than the actual payments. They said I would be refunded, (haven't got that yet) and they would send a message to Ezpay about it. Haven't heard nothing as of yet. I bassicaly was cheated out of $28 which I'm sure they just pocketed. I will not do business with them again. Once I get my $61 back(if I do that is), I'm going to cancel my account with them and tell them to pick this thing back up. I don't deal with liars and these people do nothing but lie. If I could give this Aaron’s no stars I would. The Watson Blvd office is so unprofessional!! Mrs Sharon who works there is passively aggressive, very rude disrespect and nasty to people. She lies all the time makes it seem like she is trying to assist you and really is. She calls you threatening you and she makes you feel unsafe. Not to mention I’m out sick for a few days from work so I need a extension on my payment and this heifer was like she can only give me 3 days mean while Brent who is nice extended my days for more. ! Not to mention their employee Mike went to jail. Did they blow up mikes phone and knock on mikes door and threaten Mike like they do us ? They said Mike was on vacation. Mike was in jail.
