Okay where do I start so I leave work to get chipotle @12:55 on 9/7/23. when I got there, there wasn’t any type of greet it was just “what can I get you today” then moving forward the rice was over cooked they didn’t portion their meat out right when on top of that the meat was even cooked, but didn’t even notice until I got back to my job and cut the steak open and see nothing but raw meat, it took me 5 phone calls! to get a hold of someone at the restaurant, and not to mention in one of those calls they picked up and hung up… the last final call is when they picked my call up. when I got there I said hello I believe this was the manager bigger set lady, caucasian, rosy red cheeks, and she didn’t even acknowledge me, she was on her phone until I got next to her and I was like “I’m the person who called about the meat” she said “okay” so I proceeded to give her the food that was uncooked, not mention I bought two bowls, so when going to remake both bowls, the lady is trying to convince me that their steak is already pre-cooked and they only throw it on the grill for about two minutes on each side, and basically try convincing me that I’m wrong about it not being cooked, when I even brought the bowls into show them it’s legit raw steak meat, then she throws steak on to the grill and then put it back into both bowls, but both burned and once again, they did not portion the food correctly she barely gave us any meat for both bowls, she filled a small Queso cup with steak and my friend half of the cup (when I tell you the cups aren’t even big I really mean the cups WERE NOT BIG!). When I asked her to put more steak onto my bowl, she said that would be extra , so not even acknowledging already that I had to come back to even get my bowl remade , took me 5 calls just to reach them! and I had to use my transportation and gas once again to go get my food while I’m leaving work again! manager proceeds to now be stingy with the toppings. I asked for light guacamole , she barely gives me a tablespoon (when there already charging me for guacamole). (I looked at her like you’re silly no way she thinks this okay) at least give me a half of what they would put in there, I don’t know I just feel like if I was serving food and someone said light I would put half instead of full amount but that’s just me, so I asked for more she proceeds to barely even get a full tablespoon in scrapes the spoon with a spatula of the rest of the guacamole, like at this point it felt like she was laughing in my face and taking my health as a joke, and I also forgot to mention when I was speaking to the manager, the workers were talking to her when I was voicing an actual concern. I’ve never had an experience here like this before and I noticed it’s not the workers I usually see when I go there. They ruined my experience for today, and I will no longer be returning back to them, which is very disappointing because these were one of my favorite spots for chipotle & close to my job. Hope they fix their attitude and the way they work and if not, I hope they get fired because it’s very poor customer service in the way I was treated today. when I even came in being kind instead of rude I was the one getting the backlash instead of them even apologizing to me, I spent $37 and some change!!! And they have the nerve to still wanna charge me for double steak because she barley put any in my bowl…. so yeah, let’s not forget I didn’t even get 1 apology when I was in the restaurant. Should have taken a picture of it but I was thinking about reporting them because I never have problems with this location now I wish I would have taken a picture so you all could have seen how undercook the meat was🤢 I hope no one has the experience I had today, now they lost a loyal customer 🤦🏽♀️ and look at this picture of how I don’t have any steak on one side I just took the lid off my bowl! You can also see in this picture how they gave me 2 little scrapes of guacamole on the side.

Read more12/9/23 update: I received a reply from "the owner" to my bad review. It provided a link that I could use to "chat with" with an automated BOT in the Chipotle website.Tgat bot directed me to contact Uber Eats. Let me be clear, Uber Eats only delivered the awful food that your restaurant prepared for our order. I'm not reviewing Uber Eats, only the lack of care and attention you exhibit toward preparation of your food for your customers. Your food was not good, it had nothing to do with the delivery service ... They did not prepare the order, nor put that bad product into bowls, and pack it up to be delivered. That was YOUR establishment. Then you send me to a bot ... You couldn't have made my point better.
Had 2 burrito bowls delivered via Uber Eats. Will never order from the Mound Rd., Warren MI Chipotle again. One of the bowls had what was supposed to be guacamole; which we initially thought it was just frozen -WHAT???- but it turned out to be a large piece of avocado, non ripe -hard - avocado, with no more "guacamole" in the bowl. It was not edible. The "carne asada" - the most expensive add on for protein - was tough, and scant, with a huge piece that turned out to be nothing but gristle. My husband's dinner bowl was the most epic fail of a take out dinner EVER. Inedible. My bowl was marginally better; however, I also had extremely tough carne asada with a large chunk of gristle, white rice instead of the brown rice ordered, and there should have been fajita vegetables in my bowl that were left out completely. So, 2nd fail, FATALLY disappointing, but ... edible. If I were only interested in "edible" to describe my dinner .... then I wouldn't be paying for take out from ANYONE + delivery fees. Do you even read your reviews?? They're awful ... Unfortunately for me, I didn't read those prior to placing the order. If I could give a negative star(s) review I would, but the best negative review for a restaurant is just never go back, or order...

I have ordered from this place for lunch 10-20 times over the last year as it is the only location near my office.
The portions here have consistently been the tiniest I have ever seen. I kept ordering from here because I thought maybe it was an inconsistent error...there is no way these burritos can be this small.
Trust me - they are! I went back in one day after being given another sorry looking burrito (I order these through door dash for pickup) and asked them to make a larger burrito as this is not a normal size. I PROMISE that this question was delivered in a calm, professional manner.
The response from the worker was anything but. Not only would they not remake the burrito but I was also told I clearly do not know what I am talking about, all burritos from Chipotle are made "the exact same size."
To ANYBODY who has gone to Chipotle more than once, we all know that is NOT the case. There are large variations in the different locations and how they make burritos.
This location is on the small portion end of the spectrum.
To be clear, my complaint is not with other Chipotle locations, the company in general, or even the taste of the burritos made at this particular location.
My complaint is this location consistently underserves the customers as far as portions go.
I ate my lunch at 12:30 pm today. I am typing this at 4:18 pm the same day - less than four hours after eating because I am again left hungry and unsatisfied from the sorry excuse for a burrito I was given.
Why do I keep going back, you ask? Because my other options in the area are consistently less healthy than Chipotle...and the good experiences I have had at other Chipotle locations have been enough to cover the slack for this location.
Unfortunately, I will have to reassess other lunch options in the meantime and hope this review is read by somebody who can...
