Three+ year customer of T-Mobile and original purchase was through a local dealer near my home. I did have great service when making the initial purchase, but went downhill after. My phone recently would not charge anymore, and the Rep from my former store did nothing but attempt to sell me a new phone at ridiculous prices. My plan then became to totally switch services, but since I share the plan with a friend, we decided to try a different T-Mobile store near their home. Accidentally found the Twelve Mile and Mound store driving by. Dylan offered me many options to consider. His knowledge, honesty and ability to fully understand the situation, and my current Plan, was completely refreshing. I took his wise advice and together we convinced my friend to also do an add on Watch, which will help bring peace of mind should emergencies arise when the phone is not at hand. I cannot say enough about Dylan's attention to our needs, and also to mention the courtesy of his partner Rep that day too. I will drive out of my way to deal with the 12/Mound store, should issues arise in the future, and highly recommend that you ask for Dylan if you go there...

I came into the store and YOUSIF was extremely rude and condescending and dismissive of the directions I relayed to him from the T-Mobile associates I had previously spoken with. He refused to call T-Mobile to verify and refused to help me until after he made me call and sit on hold for a T-Mobile representative for 45 MINUTES only to be told HE HAD TO CALL THE RETAIL SALES NUMBER FOR T-MOBILE. And he continued to argue with me and with the representative on the line about the process.
So here I am waiting for him while he waits on hold-now refusing to even make eye contact with me.
I had been a T-Mobile customer for 15 years⦠and after this experience I will NEVER go back, and I will tell everyone I know to stay as far away as possible.

He quoted me an āall inā price but left out device charges and insurance which tacked on another $150 month. When he sold me the package he kept mentioning internet for $40 so I said sure, why not. Cheaper than my $50 WOW internet. Turns out my package didnāt qualify for it and itās $55, but I wasnāt informed. He also told me that bringing a line and device from Verizon would be fine as long as itās unlocked and owned for more than 90 days. Another lie. Phone was reported stolen by his ex and we were roped into a new device from them. Ok, fine. Guess you gotta get a new device now right? We do and have them transfer the content. Fast forward 20 minutes and Dylan hands us the phone and says youāre all set⦠Botches the transfer and no photos, messages or apps transferred over.
