Holy Cow Burgers — Restaurant in Warren

First time trying this place and it was a huge disappointment. Mind you, I was really looking forward to it. I went to go pick up my food and my take out order was sitting in a bag amongst several other bags and the cashier kept constantly going to the back while there was a line at the register. The burger was so bland, barely any seasoning. Idk what kind of bun was used but no bun should be that chewy. It fell apart even in the first bite. After a few bites I noticed that the patty was raw and very pink on the inside. I was instantly grossed out. I’m not asking for a well done burger but it should definitely not be that raw and pink on the inside. I was not going to take the chance and get sick off of raw meat but you guys have to do a better job at checking if the burger is properly done or not. I threw the rest away. I then called the store and let them know. They did offer to make another one but I refused. I didn’t want to take that chance and my appetite was gone. This place should be ashamed to call themselves a Holy Cow Burger establishment. This burger was drowning in sauce. I could not see my cheese, lettuce, and tomato because of the amount of sauce on this burger. The top of my bun was stale. When you bite into a brioche bun, there should be nothing but a soft, slightly chewy texture. However, the top of this bun was crisp in a bad way. It was almost like a stale dry cracker that was very chewy. The burger itself was average and over sauced. So I could not really taste the burger.

All I could taste was stale bread and sauce when I bit into this burger. The seasoned fries were extremely salted. I got this order to go and made the mistake of not checking my food before I left the restaurant. The sheer disappointment I had when I got home to finally eat my meal.

So I went into holy cow today with high expectations and I ordered the holy burger with fries and a peach shake and my father said he wanted the same thing and when I received my food it was only one burger and fry in the bag and don’t even get me started with how they put milkshakes in the bag with HOT FOOD! So I called my dad back in and he told the guy we both wanted burgers and he said "no you didn’t you said you wanted 2 shakes" then afterwards he told my dad he’d have to pay again so he pays for another burger and he tells him he wants fries aswell. Now this time when the food comes out there’s no fries and we tell the worker we’re missing our fries and he says you just ordered a burger and at this point im extremely angry and the other customers we’re annoyed aswell from his customer service so I just walked out and sadly after this experience i probably will...
