ALDI — Local services in Warren

Love Aldis prices and products! More organics and even the non organic choices have less chemicals and unidentifiable ingredients. Plus the produce is almost always top notch with lots of organic chooses as well. Honestly this particular Aldi on 12/Mound is the BEST Aldi I've ever been to. Clean, lots of f floor space and huge inventory. Very bright and will lit and wide open so you can move all over quickly. Wide aisles too! Produce has always been fresh (check dates on greens and salads duh) and the staff is still friendly and optimistic because the store is new. Don't know why but the longer cashier's work at Aldi, the faster and less friendly they become.. But they only have two running EVER so i think speed is a priority over friendliness. It's really funny seeing a new customer who doesn't know how it works finding out they have to pay a quarter deposit on a cart and bring their own bags. It's actually a REALLY GOOD system to keep costs down.. And i get to pack and sort my stuff MY WAY. I like that even though it does take a bit longer but the short time in line makes up for that. And if i just need milk or eggs.. It's always CHEAP and I'm in and out in five minutes. Almost as fast as Walgreens and...

Stopped in for the usual shopping. First time for my dad as he sticks to the bigger box stores. He purchased some meat and other stables and as usual we saved money. Don't miss out on some of Aldi's deals as there are plenty of them. Sure it may not be the usual brand one is use to buying but their selections of what they offer are very close too. I love Aldi's. Cannot say enough about them and staff are always polite, courties, professional.

Ample parking, handicap parking and entrance, no restrooms, have to have a quarter to get a shopping basket which I think is great idea. This way the carts don't end up all over the lot or not one to be found when one needs one. You do have to either bring bags or pickup boxes to haul yourself purchase out to your car, but that's okay. One saves money.

The cashier was extremely rude.. I had three ppl with me we were just checking out while this really old lady got behind us and started putting her groceries with ours and the cashier wasn’t even paying attention and she almost mixed the orders and made the situation chaotic as the older lady seemed extremely cranky and got really close next to us even though we weren’t even done and kept telling us to move the cart and while all that was going on the cashier left and another guy took over who also didn’t step in .. it’s sad how cashier behave nowadays greeting us unheard of but just doing the basics seems too much for them and idk why older white lady was so cranky and evil she was screaming calling my dad my husband and ready to fight me even though she was the one that was invading our personal space and...
