I dropped off some coozies to get etched. I was told that it would take a week to get the project done. I will admit that they were quick with the proofs, but poor on the execution. The store looked like it was in disarray. The gentlemen who took the order wrote everything down but never gave me a receipt. That was my fault also for not asking for one. Once I approved the proof for the etching, this is where everything just went south. I called to see if the project was done and they had no idea what I was talking about. I asked to speak to the gentleman who took my order and he was not there because he was part time. I called two days later and he was there. He said the items would be ready that Friday. I went to pick it up on Friday and the items were not even touched. I had to go back the following week to pick the items up. They had to buy another coozie and redo the etching because they messed up. There seems to be lots of confusion and no organization in this store. I would not go back and I would definitely not recommend them to...

Got the copy we needed, unfortunately we saw a small horizontal line across the color page. We didn't notice until we were gone and I'm sure they would have corrected it had we returned. Nice people. Reasonable price. Looks like they offer a nice variety of personalized items from cute "tie the knot" wedding announcements with a tiny actual rope knot, to engraved items, and more. Good local place to get that sort of stuff done. Will hope to remember them next time I want services...

Graciously fixed a print problem on a small rush job. Communicated a small print job by email, they had it ready to go within an hour of the initial communication. Was in a hurry, so didn't notice there was a mishap with the formatting when they resized as requested. Brought it back on the morning of the event and they fixed and reprinted at that moment. ...
