Everyone was nice but I had higher hopes for how our appointment would go. I paid $129 for a 30 minute scan which I was fine with, I was under the impression that a trained employee would be doing our scan, I was very dissatisfied to learn a trainee would preform the vast majority of our scan. She said to me “you’re a great one to learn on” not quite what you want to hear when you’re paying full price for a luxury service. My sister just had her 3D/4D scan done by a trainee and received that scan for free because of training purposes so I’m not sure how my appointment was any different other than I spent $129. The tech also kept calling my son a little turd and was obviously stressed he wasn’t cooperating with her which in turn stressed me out because I was worried we wouldn’t be able to get any pictures. The level of professionalism I was expecting was simply not met especially when the owner had to leave the room while she was supervising the trainee to tend to children that were running around in the hallway. Getting a 3D/4D scan done is a luxury service and sadly my experience does not...

This place is great! Our first appointment our baby girl had her hands and legs in front of her face and facing my back. The lady we had (I forgot her name 😪) was amazing! She was welcoming and social with us. She tried everything to get images of our girl. We ended up rescheduling the following week and she got great pictures of our sweet baby.
