Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Warrensburg

I arrived 20 minutes before close and was the only one at the restaurant. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a small Smore’s blizzard and a small brownie cookie dough blizzard. I asked for my brownie cookie dough blizzard to be made with chocolate ice cream but they said the chocolate ice cream machine was down. Then another person came on the microphone and sarcastically muttered “yeah the machine is down sorry”. When I got to the window, there was a male worker standing back from the window staring at me. Once the girl approached the window he threw the dish towel he was holding at the window and they laughed. I receive the Smore’s blizzard. When they handed me my brownie cookie dough I noticed it had Oreo in it. Before I could say anything she shut the window and walked away so I sat there and waited for someone to come back. When she did I told her that this was the wrong blizzard and repeated my order. She was obviously annoyed but took my blizzard back. After a few minutes she came back and handed it out the window and said “here you go have a nice night” again in a very rushed and rude tone. The whole time I was at the window was an uncomfortable experience. When the window was shut I could even hear employees yelling. It was the worst experience I’ve ever had at Dairy Queen. I come to you guys every year for my children's birthday cake (pre-made ice cream cake) my husband went to go get a cake and he was told the writing could NOT be out on the cake like "happy birthday (child's name) " because it is customer appreciation day and they are to busy because everything is half off. Am I the only one that thinks we are too still a customer? I'm sorry that yall are busy but the point in getting cakes is for usually partys and now I've got to figure out how I'm going to put the writing on top without screwing it up...please do better!! Went in to get a quick bite before returning to work. The woman behind the counter, was honestly too old to be working there, and I felt very bad for her. Had to repeat myself multiple times about my order, and it was still wrong when handed out. I asked them to fix it. I ordered and paid for a double cheeseburger, and was handed back a single cheeseburger instead of a double. My husband asked what they would do with the other burger and they told him that they would just wait until someone else ordered it, and give it to them. We’re clean people, but we still touched and opened that burger so we made sure to get it back because we didn’t want anyone else to get served someone else’s manhandled food.
