Completely disappointed in the service department. I went to them in July because of an engine light being on. I spent over $1500 for new spark plugs, replace valve cover for left gasket because of oil leak, induction system service and replacement of hose. 2 1/2 weeks later I started experiencing issues with my car again but couldnât pin point the issue since I had just recently had it fixed. Took it back to WBG Chrysler twice for help. Both times they couldnât figure it out and said it was an extended crank and to go to a Buick service shop. So, naturally I go to Lopspeich motors. Same scenario different outcome. I went to them twice. Second time they stated I needed a new fuel pump costing over $1100. I politely refused and took it in for a second opinion. I had a service shop in Sedalia take my car in last minute. They checked the fuel pump and stated they didnât feeling comfortable switching it out since it wasnât showing any signs of needing replacement. Instead they drove my car and hooked up the computer. The computer showed a misfire in cylinder 5 so they checked the 3 spark plugs in the front to see what was going on. They automatically sent me pictures of spark plugs. All 3 had oil on them. They didnât want to pull the back ones because they could already tell they looked bad and didnât look good. I let them know that WBG Chrysler had put in 6 spark plugs and 2 coils in July and fixed an oil leak. The mechanic said that I still had an oil leak and that the front two plugs looked new and coils but they werenât sure if the third one was or not. He said they didnât want to attempt looking at the back 3 because it was covered in oil and could tell they were compromised and had not been changed in July. So, naturally I contact WBG Chrysler about the issue. I spoke with Alex and she was not helpful at all. But stated they would look at it to double check to see if the oil leak or plugs were an issue. So I made an appt today for that. When I went in I let her know the check engine light came on two days ago.
An hour and half later she tells me the issue is with the purge valve and she gave me an estimate for it. I showed her pictures of plugs with oil on them (which she took pictures of) and relayed messages back to mechanics. She stated they couldnât look at spark plugs today and it would cost me more to do so since they have to take off intake manifold to do so!! I literally was at a loss of words. That was the reason for the appointment!!! I had my daughter with me so I kept my cool. She then said the cashier would have my estimate for purge valve and I would need to make another appointment for them to look at plugs. Seriously?? Hereâs the kicker. I was charged $106 just for them to hook computer up to get a code of faulty purge valve. The oil leak was not addressed and they did not want to check plugs or even question whether or not they warranty their work. I have lived off and on in Warrensburg in 1986 and this is one of the worst experiences I have ever had with this company. Not one time did an mechanic talk to me about my concerns or explain any issues. The girl at front is the only one who speaks for them and is used as the go between. I left there very upset and now I am on month #3 with car issues and drive to Sedalia everyday. I will NEVER spend a penny at Warrensburg...

I canât say enough great things about Riley and Chris in the Service Department at Warrensburg Chrysler Dodge. Their dedication and expertise make them the go-to team for any service needs, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to everyone.
Long Version:
I live in Las Vegas, Nevada, and in October 2023, I received my custom-built 2023 Manual Transmission Jailbreak Widebody Hellcatâthe car of my dreams, especially after my 2017 Hellcat was stolen earlier that year. In April 2024, when Las Vegas hit its first 100° day, I noticed the AC blew ice-cold air while driving but hot air when stopped, but only in outside temperatures above 89°. The Las Vegas dealership where I purchased it kept the car intermittently from April to August 2024, replacing countless hardware components without resolving the issue.
Frustrated, I learned about Warrensburg Chrysler Dodge through an online forum, where Riley and Chris were praised for fixing this exact problem. Unlike local dealerships, they collaborated with Dodge Engineering early on, identifying the issue as a software glitch. By December 2024, Dodge issued Technical Service Bulletin (TSB 18-087-24), and Riley and Chris successfully applied the update to their customers Hellcat, resolving the issue.
Desperate for a solution, I contacted Warrensburg Chrysler Dodge and asked if I should drive 1,400 miles from Las Vegas for them to apply the software update. Riley went above and beyond, assuring me heâd explore options to avoid such a trip. Despite having no stake in helping someone from another state, Riley coordinated with Dodge Engineers to escalate my case to a local Las Vegas dealership. Within a couple of weeks, Riley called to confirm the escalation, and that same day, a local service manager contacted me. The next morning, I brought my car in at 7 a.m., and by 7:45 a.m., a 14-month ordeal was overâa software update fixed the AC and other potential issues tied to the PCM programming.
Without Riley and Chrisâs initiative, Iâd still be battling unreliable local dealerships. Their willingness to help a Hellcat owner 1,400 miles away speaks volumes about their dedication. If they can go to such lengths for me, Iâm confident theyâll exceed expectations for local customers. For top-notch service, trust Riley and Chris at Warrensburg...
Read moreBefore writing this review I tried to remedy this in house by emailing and calling Troy Turpin and Cory Flamm but have not received an email or a call back. I requested service for the following: ⢠Tire alignment ⢠Oil change ⢠Clicking noise while idling ⢠Stop/Start System Warning Light activating and hood unlatching afterward
When I called for an update, and when my husband picked up the vehicle at 5:30 p.m., we were told the same thing: they think clicking noise was âlikelyâ due to the lifters on the engine and would require disassembly to confirm. We were also told that if this were the issue, the necessary part was on extreme backorderâapproximately 6â7 monthsâand advised to wait until the warranty was close to expiring before proceeding. Why would I continue to drive my car and bring it back when the warranty is about to expire to get fixed? That makes no sense?
I do not feel comfortable driving my family in a vehicle based on guesswork. They also tried to charge me $150 for their guess. There is a Technical Service Bulletin they have access to titled âEngine Vibration Noise When Idling in Gearâ for this model, yet the proper diagnostic procedures to rule it out were not performed. If disassembly is truly required to diagnose the issue and the part is already on extended backorder, delaying the process seems counterproductive and potentially unsafe. This âdiagnosisâ was also presented to my husband in a lighthearted manner, with jokes about âhow Jeep engines run,â which undermined the seriousness of the situation.
They said the issue with the start stop light and the hood popping was because the latch was dirty and that the light, which only comes on prior to the hood popping, are unrelated. They also donât know why the light comes on but (like the other issue) to just wait until it comes back on and bring it in.
Additionally, despite leaving my vehicle with the shop from the night before until 5:30 p.m. the next day, the oil change I requested was...
