Comfort Inn Warrensburg Station — Hotel in Warrensburg

We have stayed here many times over the past 2 years. The hotel is THE BEST for service, friendly staff and great accommodations. We have seen many renovations completed and are still ongoing since we moved our son to UCM 2 years ago. The decor is amazing and cozy. The room updates are terrific! The food is delicious and the whole place is family friendly. The manager and owners truly care about the services and condition of this hotel and strive to be the best hotel not only in the area but throughout this company. Your pride shows through you and your staff!!

This weekend we moved our son back home to continue school for his degree while getting a step ahead on the future job that degree will bring. We will truly miss all the staff who have become family to us at this hotel! (Yes, a few tears were shed by all when we left on Sunday.) We were treated like family and it has definitely been a home away from home for us when we were in Warrensburg. We may no longer be visiting on a regular basis but we will look for the occasions when we can be in the area to stay here again. Or maybe just a weekend getaway!! This is a wonderful property. I travel a lot for both business (US Army/VA) and pleasure and I have yet to find a more accomodating group of people than the management and staff at this hotel. There was a somewhat heavy snowfall while I was there last weekend and I could not locate my snow brush. But instead of loaning me a broom to clear the snow from my vehicle 2 staff members went out in the 14 degree weather and cleared it for me! I also found that a lamp in my room would not function. No big deal, but I brought to the front dek's attention and was asked if I wanted to move to a different room. Actually I just wanted to bring it to their attention. Now THAT'S treating your guests like family! This is why I stay at this property exclusively whenever I am in the Warrensburg/Whiteman area. My hat is off to the wonderful management and staff at this hotel. The proprietors knew what they were doing when they assembled the current team there! There have been a lot of upgrades at this prperty over the past year and it shows! Seems like the whole interior is new. New TV's, beds, counters, carpets, pillows, etc. And the lobby has taken on a wonderfully fitting appearance for the railroad theme of this hotel. The employees at this hotel really take pride in what they do! The check in experience was normal although I noticed a lack of boredom and grumpiness that I normally experience at check in with other hotels. I was next impressed by the dehumidifiers in the rooms. It just smelled clean and fresh. Not musty and mildewy. We took our kids to the pool and had forgotten to bring the vests for the little ones. No worries! They had vests and noodles and balls and everyone had a great time! I noticed the ladies that were cleaning the rooms were happy and cheerful when I passed them in the hall and they did an excellent job straightening our room--even leaving the pillows on the floor for my little girl who'd made a nest for herself between the beds--they just made them look pretty with her animals perched on top. And then breakfast was excellent. The food was pretty much your typical hotel breakfast, just better. But the service was what really impressed me. Those ladies worked hard for the crowd and managed to make me feel like it really was their pleasure to serve!
