I like this store. The ladies there are very nice. However, I was disappointed today. I had placed an online order to be delivered to the store. I went to pick up the order but the order was incomplete. I told the lady that and showed her the emails showing that the orders had arrived at the store. She checked into it and said that the order was put out on the floor. To my knowledge they place the orders out if the customer doesn't pick up the order within the time window that is stated in the email but I was still within the time frame. The lady did try finding the items I ordered but didn't have the jeans available that I ordered. I have ordered many things online before and had it delivered to the store with no issues. Elizabeth is PHENOMENAL. PLEASE promote her or give her a raise. She helped me for 2 hours with picking out outfits, getting different sizing, hyping me up, styling outfits, ect. I probably would have gave up after 20 minutes if I was by myself but she helped find 2 outfits I was confident in, and that were comfortable. Shopping can be very difficult with anxiety, and being plus size. She made me feel NORMAL & like we have been friends forever. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% the best. I really dislike being treated like im going to steal something. Having the employee greet me then get on a radio and discribe what i look like and wearing.
