Ulta Beauty — Local services in Warsaw

I used to really like this Ulta and it used to be my favorite one. However lately every time I visit I have had a negative experience thanks to the employees to the point that I'm just kinda like nah, i would rather not have my evening ruined by rudeness. My last visit all the employees were gathered around a makeup display that i was waiting to look at, gossiping like high schoolers (although to be fair they didn't look much older than high schoolers). No one really acknowledged or acted like there were customers in the store, it was awkward.

My past few experiences have been marred by cashier rudeness. I was met with an attitude for asking about a sale sign and having a price double checked. I've always been very polite because I know being a retail cashier can suck but i don't think it's too much to just be kind in return.

I'll probably start shopping more at the Fort Wayne Ultas if i can, I shopped there for years before moving and can't remember ever feeling dread when walking into their stores.

Update 7-22: the atmosphere has GREATLY improved at this location since I wrote this review. There's a lot of different people there now and it seems like a much friendlier polite atmosphere. I've gone back to...

I’m giving this a 4-star solely based on how kind and helpful the ladies working here were today. I made an appt at the salon 1 month in advance for an event I had the day of and my stylist canceled at the time of my appt. I had even spoken to her and confirmed everything two days prior to the appt. I will NEVER book an appt with Alison here again. Even when called again she still refused to come in. My whole day would be ruined had the girls here not helped me find a new stylist at another place. I can’t get everything done I was hoping and I’m now in a time crunch to be done in time but at least I have a place to go. DO NOT book with Alison. It would not surprise me one bit if she’s let go after this. But the ladies were amazing! Thank you for everything you did...

I recently had a hair appointment at Ulta Beauty with Sydney, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Achieving the look I wanted was a big undertaking, but Sydney was honest and transparent about potential obstacles from the start.

Her communication throughout the consultation and the entire process was excellent, which made me feel confident in the journey. It did take a bit of time, but anything worth doing takes time! I appreciated that she was dedicated to getting the best results for me.

In the end, she gave me the calico hair of my dreams and made sure that the existing green in my hair didn’t show up in the blonde. I’m so thrilled with the outcome and highly recommend Sydney for anyone looking for a skilled stylist who truly cares about...
