Kroger — Local services in Warsaw

The rating is for the Kroger IT department. I have called them 2 times about an app issues. They refered my issue to another IT person who sent me an email with a page full of things to try. I responded with notes of what happened when I tried the things in the email. None of them worked.That person never responded. I got a generic email today for me to call the number that I called the first 2 times where the people could not help me. The case number was in the letter they could have looked and see what was going on. I was told by the store to come in, they would help me. They could not. My app will not allow me to go to the sign in page. It stops the page before I can sign in and circles and circles. The store told me to open a new account with a different email. I can do that on my laptop. But since I can't sign in on my app, I can't use ANY account on the app at all. Don't call Kroger IT department if you have problem. They don't car I am attaching a screenshot of the place where my app is stuck in case anyone has had this problem and...

Really Missing Owen's. On one hand, they used to have the best combination of prices and selection. When they started cramming in the slow processing self checkouts and de-staffing the human checkout lanes and overcrowding the isles with free-standing product placement...

Now, the prices are still climbing, and the selection is progressively thinning (consistently empty shelves in places these days), especially for anyone with dietary restrictions (ie: too much pork, not enough beef/turkey products in matching portion sizes). They claim CV issues for certain products, yet when I go to nearby competitors and they are carrying them... it's a Kroger /local management issue.

As for CV & PPS: They also still make the hourly announcements on conditioning (cleaning), yet I have not seen Anyone doing so in ages, and half the workers do not wear the masks properly (its supposed to cover your nostrils AND your mouth)...

This has become less and less the family community store that was synonymous with the the Owen's name and values we so loved...

I went shopping at this store Nov. 12 in the afternoon, and was really upset at how many items were not on the shelves. I even asked one of the employes to help me find Kroger black pepper. There are 5 rows to put cans in, but not one can on shelf. She went to look in back and couldn't even get to the boxes to check them cause so much stuff was stacked in front of them. Now come on Black Pepper? you cant tell me there was a rush on it, someone just isn't stocking the shelfs. Some of the other things you were out of Kroger proavalone cheese slices, Kroger dry ranch dressing, cake mixes that were on sale, and Kroger bite size shredded wheat, and hawaiian style frozen pizza, of any kind. I was so upset I almost left the groceries setting and left the store. I have shopped Kroger stores for 30 years, but this was one of the worst trips I`ve had. I realize you are remodeling store but still no excuse for having bare...
