Beef-a-roo — Restaurant in Warsaw

This was our first time visiting this establishment today during the lunchtime hours. The place was very busy. The first thing my wife and I noticed what appeared a lot of confusion and loud voices from the employees working in the kitchen. People were waiting in line for their orders which several received the wrong items they ordered. Orders got messed up! Whoever trained these people did a lousy job. I ordered the beef sandwich and fries that were luke warm. My wife had a cheese burger and onion rings both were greasy and the onion rings mushy and Luke warm.

I went last Saturday the fifth to this location and my fiancee took our kids on the fourth. Both of our debit card transactions just pulled now 5-6 days later. I ordered a small cheese fry and hot charged for a large and asked for a small shake and it wasn't finished at all. Everyone working there seemed like they had no training at all. It was slightly busy and they forgot my entire order (3 shakes) as I stood there for 30 minutes.
