The rooms were nice and clean. The water doesn't get super hot so good luck with that unless you like cold showers. Customer service is horrible. There's never anyone in the lobby and you can call and ring the bell as much as you want or need but no one ever shows up. Check out is 11am and I came down to check out and get my deposit back at 10:50am. It's 12:15 in the afternoon and I still haven't been helped. It's quite ridiculous honestly. The customer service is great if you don’t mind waiting 30 minutes in the freezing cold for someone to get you in a room. The sheets have a thread count of 4. The shower water only has 1 temperature and it’s somewhere around the boiling point of water. It actually left second degree burns on my bird so now my old lady’s mad at me cause we can’t have a roll in the bed. No coffee included in your stay but any of the locals could point you to the nearest crack dealer so that’s almost better. Worst hotel experience ever, but at least there weren’t...

DO NOT EVER STAY HERE PAID FOR A WEEK STAYED ONE NIGHT AND ROOM 106 HAS A BAD BED BUG INFESTATION AND THEY REFUSE TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT!
