This was such a lovely food experience. My fiancé and I wanted to try something different and decided to give it a shot. We are so glad we did! The owner was very hospitable and a joy to talk to and helped us navigate the menu as we were new to this kind of cuisine. I got the jerk chicken with plantains and rice and my fiancé got the spicy shrimp with plantains and rice. Such a delightful explosion of Caribbean flavors and the most juicy chicken ever! I also had a pineapple and coconut drink that was simply divine and complemented the spicy food! We will definitely be returning and trying more things on the exciting menu!

As soon as my husband and I walked in, we were greeted by a very friendly employee. First time getting to try it. She walked us through the menu, let us know what was popular, and recommended different things. So, we decided to try one of their juices that also had freshly squeezed juice in it. Very friendly employees. Great food. Loved the drunk chicken. I went with no spice as I dont do spicey food well. Husband went with the Caribbean chicken spice level 3, little Spicer then he usually goes with, still very good. Definitely recommend. We will visit there again to try other things.

This place is easy to miss but you should definitely seek it out! It’s a small restaurant so you may want to plan on takeout. The food is superb and the people are incredibly nice. I ordered the carne asada with fried plantains. The plantains were to thinnest sliced I’ve ever had and fantastic with pico de gallo. Carne asada was salty and delicious. They make their soup to order and I got a creamy chicken and shrimp soup that was excellent.

My family stopped at Pina and Coconut this past Monday afternoon on our way from the Chicagoland area to the Pocomos for a family vacation. The restaurant itself is small but welcoming, with some beautiful artwork both inside and out. The owner & staff were equally awesome to talk to, providing us with explanations of both the food and culture which we greatly appreciated. The food was very fresh and delicious, including the complimentary soup we had at the beginning of our meal which they make fresh and which changes daily. The chef even made us an order of jack bread (a comfort food) to try. It truly was a very homey and friendly dining experience my whole family enjoyed. The owner shared that the restaurant has purchased and will be moving to a bigger location not far from their current one, next month. This is a true testimony to the quality of their food...

Food was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ordered the Jerk Chicken (5 spiciness) and Drunk Chicken. 5 was the perfect level for me. Enough to let you know its there without needing a drink every bite. Presentation on the Drunk Chicken was unexpected and pretty neat.

Only thing I could really complain about is that I would've liked a little bit more sauce for the rice. Either on the chicken or on the side.

Pro tip: Get the fried jack, hit the outside with a little bit of softened butter, sprinkle it with cinnamon and sugar, and toss it in an air fryer for 2 minutes at 375*. 🤌 (if Piña and Coconut is reading this and adds it to the menu, I'll take "Cinnamon Jack Crack" at half price on my future...
