Armando’s tacos — Restaurant in Warsaw

They really are the best tacos in town!

This is our favorite taco spot in probably all of Indiana! My husband grew up in Southern California and I lived there for 6 years, and Armando’s Tacos make us feel like we are home again ❤️

My husband loves their steak tacos, if you add the lime and extra salsa they are super juicy. We’ve tried the little carniceria shop downtown and they are good but I would say these have more flavor. I always get their shrimp tacos they are HUGE and super messy and full of flavor! This time we also got to try their new gorditas and this one was a steak fajita gordita. It came loaded with steak, peppers, potatoes, rice and beans, lettuce, tomato, sour cream, cheese, and salsa. We would absolutely get it again. Everything is worth the price!

I also want to address that there is a review saying the guy at the window was moody, and we have had the exact opposite experience. Every time we go, we have always been greeted with a pleasant attitude and great service. I know everyone has a bad day now and then; why don’t you give them some grace and go home to eat your taco that you didn’t have to make...

I’m from Arizona where they do Mexican food a little bit different, and I feel personally a little bit better for the most part since I’ve been in Warsaw over the last year. I’m used to getting more traditional dishes like Carne Asada burritos with only steak, guacamole, and pico with some green and red sauce on the side. Little things like this have been hard to find in this town until I found Armando’s. I asked him ahead of time just to be sure they could make a burrito to my standard, and they happily obliged with smiles on their faces. I am so very happy that I stopped by today to try them out. I was introduced to this place about 2 months ago. When I tell you I have not been able to stop thinking about those tacos. Absolutely FANTASTIC food!! This place is truly a hidden gem in our community. The workers were very friendly, service was fast, and the prices were a steal in my opinion. We need more options like this in town. CITIZENS OF WARSAW….GO GET THOSE...
