Went to this store, found the two guys working there to be rude and very uninviting. First and last time I’ll ever make my way into this shop. Was looking forward to getting some new things today, but the attitudes of the two employees made me want to spend my money at another shop that appreciates their customers. I felt they judged me from the moment I went into the store. Use to love this place, it was our go to family bonding activity (playing Pokémon TCG, and playing in pre releases). But the last time we were there we were treated very poorly by the female owner. To the point where her young daughter had to tell her to drop her attitude. Then were later informed by numerous friends we made playing Pokémon here that she proceeded to say nasty things about people who played that day, including my family and specifically my husband. Went in there last Sunday… they walked me thru as a new sports card investor as to what all of the different brands were and just helped me with an abundant of knowledge… they didn’t push me to buy anything I didn’t want. They gave me a fair trade in price on a few cards… they helped me rip some packs when I asked for some help, they gave me some free card sleeves to put my freshly bought cards in… was there for 2 hours just chatting with them and they were so friendly and nice!
