Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews — Restaurant in Warwick

Food was decent as usual, at least mine was. The service this time wasn't ideal unfortunately. The four of us went there for my birthday celebration, and we all ordered burgers. One of my friends ordered no pink at all, and the other ordered some pink. They both got the opposite temperature for their burger. Our waitress didn't come over to check on us until 15 minuted later (by then I had already finished my burger, which was also cooked more than I wanted, but I was too hungry to care). For the friend who wanted no pink at all, she ended up not reordering her burger because she didn't want us to wait for her to get it and then eat it, as we had other timed plans after this lunch. My 3rd friend had ordered their garlic fries, and asked for a second basket right when we got our food and a refill on his soda. They dropped of regular fries instead for the second basket, and again, it wasn't until the waitress had come over where he could remind her that he originally ordered garlic fries and wanted a second basket of garlic fries, and not the regular kind. He also had to remind her he wanted a refill on his drink. The restaurant didn't seem busy since we went for a late lunch, so I'm not sure why it took her so long to come check on us. I do like that you can order desserts on their tabletop device, so I didn't have to wait for the waitress to come back when we were done eating...

Had a freak accident in their bathroom 5 days ago. The lights went completely out pitch black, along w the music when I was in the stall about to use the toilet. . I lost my footing, twisted my foot and peed all over the floor. The lights and music briefly came back on when somebody opened the door, but then the lights flickered and went out again! I reported it to the waitress. She was apologetic. She got me a young male mgr who I had to tell also I was so embarrassed and frazzled. He apologized. But no other offer or compensation. They had me write my contact info on a scrap piece of paper and assured me that their boss would call me. It's been 5 days..no call. I called them and the day mgr says " oh yeah I heard about something like that happening "...she says she didn't know a mgr was supposed to call me but yet said she already had my contact info in the office and now the GM supposed to call me.isnt that just common procedure? I paid the full bill and a decent tip cuz I know it wasn't the waitresses fault. I've been to two drs, and seeing a PT now. Too bad ,I really enjoyed their food. And sorry to the person who had to clean the stall that my puddle...

I really enjoy this restaurant! The team work together to bring your beverages, appetizers and sides and your meal, so don't be surprised if each time you look up a different smile is looking back! This is seriously the only place I know where the bottomless items actually are served that way (and you don't get them for yourself). My steak fries were perfectly hot, crisp, and served in the right portions to keep them that way. When they got low, I didn't need to beg for more, they were cheerfully offered and placed in front of me before I could finish the last few that were there before. I chose coffee as a beverage, and a fresh pot was brewed for me, and when I was due for a refill, I didn't wait long, but the server had started a brand new pot. (For the record, I was seated near the bar and could watch them brewing the coffee). My burger was clearly fresh and hand pressed, cooked exactly as I requested, and topped with the freshest tomato and lettuce I have tasted since my parents' garden when I was a kid. Yes, the meal costs a few dollars more than your local burger shack, but the quality of the food is infinitely better, and the service is...
