I was extremely hesitant about writing this and was going to move on from the situation. How everything been going on this year think it’s time to speak up. I wanted to pick up and purchase a face toner and cleanser from Sephora before my trip. When I walked into this location I did not feel welcome. Unfortunately, no employee has tried to acknowledge me. When I patiently waited in line to ask for help one of the employees look me up and down and gave me a dirty look. Yes, it’s annoying BUT such is life… anyway, the rest of my experience was quite mixed and I felt two out of the four sales people I interacted with during my entire shopping experience were unnecessarily unwelcoming and rude in their facial expressions and tone when interacting with me.
