So this is exactly what happened. Unfortunately I had purchased a groupon from this unprofessional place. I made the appointment to get eyelash extensions. My appointment was for 4:30pm. The lady didn't even come out to see me until 4:50pm. She then took the lady in front of me because supposedly She knew her. Then when it's finally my turn she tells me that I am sorry but I cannot give you the groupon price that I already paid for and have the voucher for. She tells me you have to pay 15 more lol. Which is just unbelievable. I only had ten dollars with me, so I offered to pay her that and then the rest in change and she declines. She tells me I'm sorry but I cannot pay out of pocket for you. However you can go and wait until I take all my customers and then "I will see but not sure" lol. WTH is this??? Such cons! So I go to the bank get bills instead of coins and come back and she makes me wait another two hours!! I am sitting here still waiting. God knows how much longer. I had the worst treatment ever! I gave them 3 stars because of the customer service. My first visit was a week ago and within that week my overlay popped off of two nails, they did offer me a beverage and I received a neck massage. This time not so welcoming. The girl that asked me what I wanted didn't make eye contact, not welcoming at all. I saw the person that did my nails the first time and explained what happen, his was nice enough. Then another gentleman asked everyone but me what I was waiting for, nobody answered, so I asked if he was talking to me, said no and he pointed to the tech I was talking to(so he heard our conversation and already knew). As I was getting my nails done, I noticed that they greeted what assume were regulars in a friendly and welcoming manner and offered them a beverage. They even tried to move two ladies in front of me, but I wasn't having it, neither was my tech. My tech did a great job, but for the prices they charge and the supposedly " upscale" atmosphere they're trying to promote you would think that they would show a welcoming attitude no matter if you're new or regular customer. Today I decided to try this nail salon BAD IDEA. I called at 12:45 and no one picked up. Clearly anytime around 11-1 I expect a crowd. At about 1:20 I got someone on the phone and told her what I wanted and she said come at 2:15. I said do you want my name she says sure so I told her. Next thing I know I'm on my way there and I actually arrived at 2:16. As soon as I walked in I let her know I called and said my name.
