Was supposed to receive a brand new bedroom suite ended up with a used one that had a broken dresser on arrival. Only accepted because was in need of a bedroom set at the time. Called numerous times about replacing the busted dresser but they never delivered. Also the bed slabs weren’t stable and ended up breaking in no time which was told to be replaced as well but never replaced. So quick to take the payment for the furniture on EZ Pay but wouldn’t do as promised. Changed my payment method and told them to come get the suit and they delayed to come. Even after notified to come get they still tried several times to withdraw the unsuccessful payments and called over and over throughout the day asking for payment even tho I told them to come get the mess. Not to mention I called to make sure things were cool and the guy Brian told me my items were on the truck and should be on the way to me.
