I was really impressed by how clean, well-organized, and spacious this store is. We tried Angel’s Share several times as they advertise a wide range of products, but not once they have completed our orders correctly. We have marked no substitutes in our orders if the product is not available, but they still go ahead and put whatever they want. We have called in an attempt to sort things out, and while they have said they will reimburse and send someone to pick the wrong orders, they have never done so, and have not adjusted the prices in our purchase. Never will order delivery from them again. They have a minimum of $75 so you would think they would do a good job, but do not even have the decency to call customers and ensure the orders are accurately taken care off. Certainly these are rough times for everyone, but is not an excuse to do a sloppy job or possibly...

Staff is decent. Prices are astronomical. I'm guessing it's based on DC sales tax but still, the cost of all of their products, liquor, beer, & wine, is 10 times if not 50 times more than anywhere else in the area. The one thing they have going for themselves is they generally have items other places may not have but, if you are willing to do enough research, you'll find it elsewhere for much, much cheaper.
