Walk in to check out phone cases and I buy my gfs mom a case and she didnt like, I go back inside to return it and they said no returns when I was outside for a minute to show her mom. The "manager" then proceeded to get cocky with me and as customers are coming in she begins to curse at me and her friend jumped in as well. What I found not fair was that the employee grabbed the phone out of my gfs hand and put the case on herself and didnt give us time to decide if we want it and then never gave us the packaging for it. I went down the street to UbreakWeFix they didn't have my parts, quoted me doubled, my screen was cracked and they told me they had to fix my screen before opening up the phone.
