Please read before you buy!!

I usually purchase at Lowes or Home Depot but heard some good things about Beck's so figured give a local small business a chance. What a mistake!!

Very nice when make the sale. After that all down hill. Where do we start.....well first they delivered it and installed with a cord to short. So dryer just sits in middle of the floor until I go purchase one on my own. Run washer and it doesn't work. If you deliver a new appliance and it doesn't work you go back and switch it. Called lady and said appliance you delivered does not work. She was very rude and said call manufacturer. I am sorry but a brand new washer should be replaced. Even if I had pay extra to bump up to a better unit if unit I purchased was out of stock.

So I call manufacturer to check warranty and give them sr# and model# and Becks put wrong paperwork in washer and dryer so got registered wrong. Called them back with correct model and sr and Frigidaire fixed.

Received call from repair company and they are weeks out from coming look.

So basically I have a brand new washing machine I can't use for weeks and Becks won't do a thing.

Please people...

I have to tell yinz about this hidden gem! As soon as you walk thru their door Victoria(mama) is asking you what you were looking for and directed you that way. We had an odd size and she directed us to the 3 choices. We were so impressed not only with her service and patience because we were looking for a washer, dryer and dish washer also (which didn't intend on buying there) BUT we absolutely did! Not only was mama Victoria amazing, her son chris rang us up and helped us with the 1 year warranties! And to bring it all home (literally) their amazing delivery drivers...TJ and Nate were not only efficient were extremely respectful and knowledgeable. I can HONESTLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS small family owned business 110%. Would do it again in a heart beat! Thank you again again so much for this wonderful experience that we thought we were going to dread. Much love and...

A year ago I purchased a side by side refrigerator here. And now the unit went. This is the second fridge that I have purchased here that has went within a year. That's 1,100$ all together. I should have just bought a new one. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't purchase from here. They have many other appliances. I also bought a washer that has given me no problems what so ever. I've had it for 4 years. They are polite and the store is very clean. Would I purchase another fridge from here, no. But any other appliance I would. Attn: Becks.. the other fridge was bought under my husbands grandmothers name. And we decided not to fuss with the fridge because it was 11 years old. But thank you very much for reaching out and trying to help. As I said you are wonderful, polite people. And I would still do...
