Burger King — Restaurant in North Franklin Township

Don't waste your time!!!

Went through the drive through around 10pm on 12/22, ordered 2 chicken sandwich meals and an order of chicken fries. Wife brought the order home and when we opened the bag there was 4 orders of fries and that was it.

So I drove back to BK and went to the window and spoke with the manager, the entire time he is acting like I was trying to steal the sandwiches, because he knows they were in the bag... I asked then how did I end up with 4 orders of fries? I don't just ride around with BK fries in my truck for this instance.

All the while some brown haired girl is standing behind the manager shaking her head and saying little smart remarks.

After 10 mins of arguing the Mgr finally decided to make the sandwiches and when they brought them out they were in the bag with the original 4 orders of fries that were given to us 30 mins ago...

This was by far one of the worst experiences I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Granted it's fast food so my standards aren't very high...

I stopped in the other day with the intention of using a breakfast coupon. It was for a sandwich, hashbrown, and coffee. I don't drink coffee so I asked for a soda instead. The person taking my order said, and I quote "I don't know if you can or not. it all depends on how she rings it up." Ok, first of all...... who is SHE??? The person talking to me said that as though I'm automatically supposed to just KNOW who 'she' is. Anyway, I proceeded to say I don't drink coffee and the person said, "sorry, no substitutions." This is the first time ANY restaurant has EVER said that to me. Not that I'm someone special, but if a customer doesn't drink a certain beverage offered with a deal, a substitution has ALWAYS been offered. I wasn't in the mood to deal with stupidity so I said never mind and left. I took my business somewhere else. Honestly, it's common sense to know you CAN and common...

I'm really blown away by this Burger King. Long story short. I got a really messed up order a while back. I tried to go inside and fix it. Doors where locked. I called them super upset. The lady who answered was awesome and diffused the situation immediately. Anyway I went back tonight to get my correct meal 2 weeks after the mess up. The food was incredible. I'm guessing they made sure to make it awesome since the first order was messed up. Seriously if the burgers were always like the ones they gave me tonight they would be the only place in town. I eat at BK quite a bit and these burgers where the best I've had in my 42 years of eating BK. I'm truly blown away and will certainly be returning. Management deserves recognition and that's the purpose of this post. They difused my angry self immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best meal...
