I went on January 3, 2020. I placed my order at 12:06, a classic pizza, that I asked only half be pepperoni, & half cheese, a crazy bread and a cheesey bread. my first complaint is that I did not leave with my food until 12:24!! that in itself is unacceptable when you're advertising fast pizza! my second complaint is how she charged me! my order should have came to around $15. but instead I had to pay over $18 because she charged me $7 for a special order pizza and added extra cheese, which was an additional $1.25!!! which I did NOT ask for. but she had an attitude, so I didn't say anything because I wasn't in a great mood either, and didn't want to argue or escalate the situation. my third complaint is food safety, and common sense, or the lack thereof! after taking several orders, and touching money, her hair, face, etc, she proceeded to go in the back and make pizzas and cheesy bread without washing her hands first! so freaking disgusting! I'll never go there again!! I didn't get to eat and of the pizza I ordered, because I just couldn't get over her not washing her hands. I just kept thinking, u wonder what else she did, and hasn't washed her hands. she probably didn't wash them all day! I only allowed my family to eat it because I know the oven will kill the germs (hopefully) and I'm just a germ freak..🤷🏻♀️ but, it is a violation with servesafe!!! you're not allowed to handle money and then food without proper hand washing first! you'd think one would have more common sense in that situation!! oh, and before I went in, as I was parking, I seen the same said lady outside smoking. (which is probably why she had an attitude. I pulled in so she couldn't finish her cigarette.) so just in my presence, she smoked, handled money, touched everything in sight, and then touched the food and laid germ infested pepperoni on everyone's...
Read moreAn update to my previous 5 star review because the of the declining quality of the pizza on my last 2 trips. I ordered an Ultimate Supreme and it was ready on time, looked great, but I was so disappointed with the texture and flavor that I threw it away. The crust was cardboard like with no flavor. There was not enough sauce. The toppings were fresh and plentiful but the overall taste of the pizza was - well there was not a bite that tasted good and I didn't like the texture as I was chewing it and I threw it out. The glass entrance door was very dirty as was the parking lot. I'm sorry to have to say goodbye to Little Caesars as I have always loved their pizza when it tastes like it should, but the last 2 trips have changed my mind.
Stopped at Little Caesars on Jefferson Ave today. Ordered the Ultimate Supreme and it was a great pizza ready in 10 minutes. The crust was light but held a ton of toppings without getting soggy. The sauce, crust, cheese and toppings had great flavor and...
Read moreOn May 29th, I order an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza and crazy bread combo. The wait time was about 20 minutes and food wasn't even fresh. Crazy bread was too tough to chew. Pizza didn't have enough sauce and over cooked. Food wasn't hot although the workers claimed it just came out of the oven. When I requested a refund at the store, they told me to come back the next day with my receipt when a manager is there. my cashier was Tahneyjah P. She was very rude when I addressed the long wait time to another cashier. Employees weren't handling customer's orders, instead gossiping about the employees and other customers. Employees didn't bother to ask the 3 customers waiting in the lobby about their orders to expedite it. I had to address my simple order to get them to do their job. I understand it was a shift change but they could care less about customers waiting for 20 minutes or longer. I'll take my business to a local pizzeria. 0 stars. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LITTLE CAESARS ON...
