Stay away! I had been looking for a location close to my job that I could visit during my lunch break, so, I tried Color Nails. At first I thought, ok great they did a great job. Five days later, two of my nails lifted. I was annoyed, that has never happened to me before. I went it to have them repaired, they repaired them. A few days later another nail lifted, so, I went back for repair with every intention to pay. I walked in and asked how much to repair a nail, they told me $10, I said $10 to repair one nail, ok, no problem. Nail was repaired, but half done. As I was checking out, I looked at the sign on the desk and it said nail repair $3 - $5. I turned to the guy and said, why was I charged $10 for my hail repair when the sign clearly states $3 - $5. They could not give a response. Stood there looking stupid. Needless to say, I will never go back there ever again. They just lost a potential, consistent, regular...

Stopped by for a full gel mani-pedi without an appointment, and even though the place was full it only took 5-10 mins for my pedicure to start. Quyen did an amazing job! 3-4 coats to make sure the color was vibrant without being too thick. My feet look so much nicer, you wouldn’t be able to tell I work walking/standing all day. I also changed my mind last minute about colors and then asked during the mani for one accent nail in my first color— she was very helpful and flexible. I went shopping immediately afterwards and was picking through racks of clothing, bumping my nails against everything, but they still look like I just stepped out of the salon. Don’t go to this place!!

I had a waxing session yesterday, and during the session, I started feeling my skin burning as hell. The lady then applied a product on my face that immediately worsened the burning. I asked her to see which product she had applied: she applied a hand sanitizer to my newly waxed skin!! I told her that she was applying hand sanitizer and she came up with a different product. Before applying, I asked her to see the product again, then I saw that she wanted to apply a product that had expired in 2019!! To be clear, this was on January 20, 2024!!!

Today, my skin is completely red, and the area where she applied the hand sanitizer is burning and hurting.
