I must start out on a positive note with this store, and say, that it has some of the most unique Vape accessories available around the area! The pricing is decent, just like every other store of vaping around here. The main qualm I have with the store that could be improved greatly, is the customer service. The service Representatives need to gain more knowledge upon B inventory they have available, and have some sort of care for the industry themselves. I had a sour personal experience recently, when last going into the store... I was specifically going in to buy a certain tank I had seen the time previous that I had went there. As I was in and received the tank I was wanting in the first place, I proceeded to tell the associate that I wanted more apparel for my vape mod to decorate it and make it different. I specifically asked him what all that could alter my mods appearance. He, without hesitation looked right at me and told me that they had nothing in the store more for my mod to change with. Thankfully I was a Relentless Shopper that day, and didn't just listen and walk out instead I browse the shelves. Much to my surprise, I not only found decorations for my tank, but also numerous new tips available for my tank! I brought it to the associates attention that here are these things available for my vape and you told me you had nothing trying to make it a light joke, in which he didn't really care to find funny or laugh after browsing through what I had found with no help from the associate, I ended up spending almost $150 strictly accessories. I made the sarcastic comment that I wanted to spend money I'm in here asking for things that I can give their company money and he was turning me away why wouldn't he sell me anything, and I was an easy customer! LoL then, to top it all off, when I finally did check out, I was given the total. . I walked up to the register to hand my money to the associate, noticing that the store had a rewards machine program. I hesitated, and then asked if that was indeed a rewards program and be associate openly told me yes. I then asked him why I wasn't asked to be involved with the reward program, especially when I had made in my eyes a decent purchase. The associate had no answer for me basically but quiet and told me that he couldn't go back and let me do it with having the rewards program. Ivan responded asking if I could have my receipt because I wanted to complain to the owner of why I wasn't offered to be in the rewards program with my purchase and see if I could be entered in it since I didn't even get an opportunity to be questioned for it. The associate was careless of what I was saying and printed me out my receipt and let me walk out the door disappointed. I would have loved to have been a regular repetitive customer knowing that I had been involved in a Rewards program incentive for every time I spent money in the store. PS it would have made me decide to make that vape store my main store, but unfortunately I am still on the search 4 A main vape store to...

Do not wast your time!!! IF..... and I do mean IF! This place use to be a decent place! What the heck happened! Walking in the place is a mess. It’s dusty and has cat hair everywhere. Their stock of juices was laughable and customer service.... NONE! The gentleman in the shop stayed asleep on the couch snoring the 10 minutes I was there. The lady that woke up long enough to provide, sleepy, drugged typed uninterested service! She didn’t even have any advice to give on flavors. I was more of a bother to her. Well, at least that the impression I got! Dubtown has double zeros from me. With all the great shops in Morgantown. I drive the 30 minutes and get great service, juices and also spare parts. NONE of which you will get here! Close your door if you wanna sleep and do drugs...

Despite the negative reviews this is a decent place to stop, especially with a truck and trailer. Lot has room for it. Easy to get to. Wide selection of juices and mods, unfortunately didnt have a particular juice flavor I was looking for but I cant dock them for that, however the associate guided me towards some other flavors to get me by in the mean time. I'm just picky. Like most of these shops suffering from the 40% tax hike. Inventory/stock appears to be rotating, but maintain more stock than some of the shops I've visited...
