Instances of local government in Santa Barbara CA and elsewhere did not protect Polish citizen when they were victimized by crimes and defamation. Instead they CA gov shielded American criminals from criminal prosecution causing long term suffering to Polish individuals and complications. I very much hope polish government can be more efficient with interventions and remedies.
