I said "Yes, do we need to move on or something" He then reassured me that we did not and tried to be friendly. Not once did he identify himself as a volunteer. The FDR memorial was definitely less crowded and not many people were over here. The statues of Eleanor and FDR with his dog are huge when standing next to them.
