Subway — Restaurant in Washington

This place is honestly a lot better than people give it credit for. For the amount of food you get for the price you pay, I'd say this restaurant is a wise choice. If you want something you KNOW is fresh, to know how long it takes to get your food ready, and having the ability to correct any mistakes on the spot, this is the place for you, as well. They have plenty of options for what to eat as far as types of meats and vegetables. My preferred sub is Steak, egg, and cheese on Italian (white bread), with extra steak, white American as well as regular American cheese, Bacon, sausage, lettuce, tomato, and salt and pepper. Whereas Five Guys is my favorite burger place, because I know it's fresh, and it TASTES fresh, Subway is my go to sandwich place. I went to come pick up a order and I guess they only have one person working there during the time I went and the lady had ear buds in I was standing there for 5-10 min not getting greeted and finally when she comes out i ask her do you have a bell or something to notify you guys that poeple are up front and she said no you gotta yell which I yelled twice saying hello she wasnt very nice either about it but no answer… I’ve worked in fast food for a while I feel they should have more then 1 person working there say someone gots to go to the restroom or maybe somebody gots to clean something up in the back I feel they need a extra person for those issues and also what if someone has a medical issue and don’t speak or maybe just can’t speak no one should be yelling for someone to greet them I feel they need a bell they work in Walmart, Walmart...

I should start by saying that some of this review is aimed at Subway corporate, and some at this actual location. I have always enjoyed Subway but lately the chain has been making some decisions that are disappointing. It seems like every time I go in, they have taken more options away. First it was the chicken breast, now the mozzarella cheese and buffalo sauce. Every time something is removed it makes me want to return less and less. Pertaining to this location, the speakers in the dining room have been blown out for probably the last 3 years. Every time I go in they have the radio turned up playing though blown out speakers and it's super annoying. Are the owners of the franchise too cheap to replace a couple of in ceiling speakers?
