Swim Only - $52 a month Student/teacher - $52 a month Resident (individual) - $61 a month Resident family - $51 per person Resident senior - $51 a month
There are plans for nonresidents that usually hover between $60-70.
You can do quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans as well. There's no discount. It's just the monthly rates ×3, 6, 12.

Access to the parking garage comes included free with membership, but takes a few months to actually become active and utilized. Please be aware of this before signing up.
