The library in itself is great, unfortunately the neighborhood its in is not exactly safe. That's ok we live in SW and know that, but I had a room reserved to study, and had to leave that room as they let in a group of about 8 male teenagers who were roaming around being loud, banging on the elevator and yelling, and then they were eyeing my room and trying to get in. So I went upstairs to the children’s floor and I asked a man at the front desk and he had no idea what I was talking about. He called downstairs and someone on the phone told him the event was cancelled. My children were really looking forward to this. My suggestion, have more than one person who can...
