Brass City Pawn — Local services in Waterbury

What a great place! I have gone to several other pawn shops very close by, 3 specifically. But this place is definitly the best! They have a great selection of merchandise. And whenever I really needed cash they gave me loans on literally anything I brought in. I needed a loan very badly and I went to Pawn Depot which is a different pawn shop close by. I walked in with my item and they were so rude to me and made me feel stupid for brining in that particular item in. They didn't just say "no were not interested". They actually made several remarks and made me feel dumb for brining my item in. Then I went straight here to Brass City Pawn. They gave me the exact amount I needed for a loan and made it so quick and painless. I was in and out in 5 minutes. They didn't make any snide remarks or make me feel stupid for bringing that item in for a loan. Extremely professional and an overall all-around amazing respectful staff. All my business will be conducted with them from now on. I've had at least 4 items that 3 other local pawnshops would not take or even look at. Brass City Pawn took every last one of them and helped me out tremendously. Trust me when I say that all the other local pawn shops don't even come close compaired to Brass City Pawn in terms of product selection, professional staff, and the wide range and variety of the items that they accept when looking for a loan or to sell. The minute I walked into Brass city I was greeted by 2 of of the employees and by the very clean an well lit atmosphere ok here goes … So I cleaned out a spare room in my home I came across some items which I knew had value , I do not like dealing with the on line sales etc etc so I I brought my items to Brass City pawn . So I went in and talked to a man about an Xbox that they’re ripping people off on and I said to him I paid $350 at GameStop and he had the worst attitude saying then go buy one at GameStop. Come back here and show me the receipt so pretty much their employees are calling customers liars getting up in their faces and laughing while they walk out the door have the stuff in the store is probably stolen and they have the worst attitude you could ever expect.
