Little Puerto Rico — Restaurant in Waterbury

Im unfortunately only able to give this place 1 star because the women at the window was pleasant but my food was INEDIBLE!! The tostones and the extra side order i got were OVERCOOKED TO THE POINT WE COULD NOT EVEN BITE THEM!! And LOADED SATURATED WITH GREASE!! We had to throw them away, the steak and onion #11 with spanish “yellow rice was orange rice that was sooo flavored with toooooo much sazon!! The steak and onion was SALTY!! Beyond... the steak was cut into chunks... and had a horrible overly seasoned with all kinds of salty yellow powder.. possibly mucho adobo was soo inedible and the purple onions used in the mix were slimy! Im cuban my bf is puerto rican and we know how to cook and the food was absolutely AWFUL! We threw it ALL AWAY AND Wasted $14 bucks!!! The only reaywhy I didn’t come back and show u and get a refund was because it was cheap!!!! but we will unfortunately NEVER recommend this place!! The tostones were rock hard u could have broke a window with them.. im sorry but who’s ever cooking CLEARLY IS NOT PR!!! The food gets zero stars lady at window super nice tho......

I was kind of disappointed because The Wait time was over an hour, the parking lot is super small and everyone was almost stuck since there were lots of cars parked waiting for their food. You couldnt even get out of the parking lot because all cars were so close to each other. not to mention in my opinion food is expensive it probably would be better if you add Drinks to the orders because they are over $10 ... some people can find price worth it but not everyone. Lots of people buy in this place, it should be good considering expanding this place and having more workers to have better and fast service. Because waiting an hour+ is not it. I honestly felt like leaving and forgeting all about my food but i didnt because i had already payed for my order. BEST OF LUCKS for...

I do not work at La Cazuela nor am I related to anyone that works there, so there would be no need for me to promote their business as I do not have anything to gain by doing so. A true professional would not argue with customers that leave bad reviews, a true professional would find a way to alleviate a customer's unpleasant experience and do better. Grow up and be professional! Customers pay money and expect to receive good customer service not rudeness👎 Not worth the money... My food was literally a big bowl of grease. I should've just stuck to La Cazuela better food and much nicer. Oh and you can keep your unprofessional " Thanks for the love" comment and go learn Business & Ethics 101, it might save you from...
