I was looking to make ribbons for cowbells to give as a gift to the parents of my daughter’s dance team. I called everywhere and no one would do them. I went to Party City and was recommended to go to Jay-Mar. From the I walked into the door I was welcomed. Marilyn and her partner are phenomenal. My ribbons were unique because each dancers name was being placed on the ribbon. I needed them within a week. Marilyn agreed to have them done by Thursday which was exactly 7 days from the date I was placing my order. I received a call on Monday (three days earlier) that my ribbons were ready. The cheer bows were great and it seems the heart of this business are custom bows. The rest of the shop feels like someone bought the contains of a bake shop that went out of business. Items are poorly displayed and it is difficult to shop here. One of the women working there (got the sense it was the owner) said if there is something specific it's best to ask.
