My computer died and I was in a middle of a huge school project. Thankfully I back up my compter. However, I was down a computer and was going to buy a new one. My friend went in to see the owner and got a price. My friend told him I had to think about it. The owner educated my friend and gave him the information. My friend left the store. I called him back and he told me how nice the owner was and provided the information for fixing the computer and the part number. Becasue this owner was so honest he went back and dropped of the computer and asked if it could be ready the next day. The owner stated he would do his best but Monday would be most likely. My friend explained I was working on a school project. The owner called the next day and had it ready. He was so friendly, honest and fast. I will be going to him for now on with any issues for him to fix. Great customer service and honest. That is hard to find. I want to thank the owner for his help and honesty.

Great service! Brought my computer in because it was continually freezing up and rebooting itself. Michael quickly identified the problem and told me what needed to be done to correct it. What I appreciated the most is that he gave me different options to fix the problem instead of just trying to push an expensive repair. In the end it was a pretty simple inexpensive fix. I would definitely recommend him to fix your computer if you want straight forward...
