I found Kartele through Google as I was looking to upgrade my head unit and speakers in my 1987 Iroc -Z Camaro. I was looking for the best shop I could find as I knew the head unit that I wanted wasn't going to be easy to install. As soon as I walked in, I could tell this shop took pride in their work. The showroom was spotless!! It had very nice displays showing the products that they sell and install. I was greeted by a very nice lady who asked if she could help me. (I later found out her name was chris) I explained what kind of car I had and what I was looking to have done. She went to the install bay and spoke with someone. A couple minutes later a very nice guy (Owner/master installer Mike) came out from the back. I explained to him what I was looking to do. He stopped what he was doing walked with me out to my car to see what the job actually entailed. He didn't even hesitate as he said he could take care of me. We went back inside the shop and we decided on Alpine type S speakers for the front and rear. I felt as though he gave me a very good price for the total job with me knowing it wasn't going to be easy to install the Alpine ILX-W650 which is a double DIN touch screen in a car that doesn't normally fit without modifications. Mike got me in his schedule in less then a week.

Once I arrived for my appointment. I was greeted again by Mike who was already speaking to another customer and chris who was behind the counter. Mike pulled my car into his install bay and got to work. He worked on my car for several hours, but let me tell you when he was done the job was perfect!! I am extremely happy with the work he did. The head unit with the speakers pair perfectly together for me.

Highly recommend KarTele to anyone who needs work on their vehicle. The service was outstanding! Lady at the front desk was very nice & conversed with me while i waited for my car to be finished. The tech who worked on my car was phenomenal & super fast with my car. Went in with my 2017 Honda Accord EX-L for a Factory Nav Screen replacement & the tech called be to the garage within 45 mins to show me for some reason my new screen i ordered off eBay was doing the same thing my original screen was giving me the problem with but he plugged my original screen back in a few times & noticed it is working perfectly fine. Maybe a wire was loose or maybe the screen just needed a hard reset. Whatever the case was he fixed my issue that was driving me insane lol & instead of charging me full base pay he knocked some money off for me & i can return the new screen to eBay & get my money back. So thank you KarTele for fixing my screen & saving me a little extra cash. I really appreciate it & hope you guys get all the service in the world. Y’all deserve it. Also anyone who walks in & hears a dog bark behind the door don’t worry! That’s their 10 month old family red nose pit bull. She’s amazing & gave me kisses! Thanks again KarTele y’all...

Mike is straightforward, transparent, knowledgeable and honest! He delivers audiophile grade products with incredibly clean installs. He installed a beautiful sound system in my 2017 Ford Explorer Sport, with Sony mids and highs, a JL stealthbox and Arc Audio subwoofer (the JL sub was blown from the factory) with an Arc Audio amplifier to tie it all together. We spent a good part of the morning on Sunday fine tuning everything to make sure I was happy, and replacing the sub at the last minute to make sure the system was absolutely perfect. I couldn't be happier! Because of how high grade the sound system was, it prompted me to convert my wireless Android Auto Spotify streaming service (which we noticed was distorting with the Arc Audio software when plugged in to his computer) to Tidal HiRes lossless and force my Android phone (Samsung S24 Ultra) to not convert the signal (USB Audio Player PRO, Bit-Perfect On) so my amplifier DAC did the conversion directly. What a difference! I'll definitely be coming back to him when Wavtech releases their 10" subwoofer so we can see if we can get some more thump out of...
