I want to start this review off by saying that I am a monthly shopper here and am a sucker for their bulk eggs because I love me some protein, however, there are areas in which this store can improve. As with any review I do it begins at 5 stars and based on several factors gets whittled down.
The first negative here is the customer service. I'm not sure what it is... entitlement of working at a Costco? Just unhappiness? But regardless I kid you not nearly every single time I go there the customer service of the people working there is just terrible. My most recent experience was when I was checking out at the self checkout and had a scale issue. Instead of coming up to help she sat there, counted all my items like I was trying to steal something, and then made rude remarks the entire time. I have a cart full of items, spending $400 at your location, and I'm targeted my multiple cameras, do you really think I am going to steal and need to count all my items AND make me put them back on the scale just to prove a point? And I was with my child at the time too. It's absurd.
Secondly, the checkout lines. I think they think they do a good job with herding people like cattle but I'm a firm believer that it shouldn't take longer to checkout than it is to actually purchase products in a store. Every single time I shop there the lines are beyond ridiculous, clogging up isles, and the first experience ever was yet again belittled by a worker there about being in the wrong line.
Lastly their parking lot just straight up sucks. It shouldn't feel like you are hunting down a parking spot at a sporting event or finding a parking space in the city when you go there. And due to this people just sit their car in the middle of the lane waiting for a person to unload their groceries, put their cart back, and leave. When there are one way lanes and people are sitting there for over a minute waiting for a spot it creates an even more negative experience shopping there.
Again, don't get me wrong, I like Costco in the fact that I can get bulk items for "discount" but the rudeness of the employees, the terrible mismanagement of their checkout process, and their inefficient parking lot is why this...

Most of the time the bonus check will pay more than half of what the membership costs. If you go to the courtesy desk they will explain what types of memberships are offered. Your membership also can earn you more money with different promotions that Costco offer, just get details from the courtesy desk. As soon as you arrive someone greets you with a smile! They are so many food items to choose from. There are Meats, Fish, Poultry, vegetables, fruits, definitely save money by buying some of the items they have to offer in bulk. They have housewares, clothes, seasonal plants and flowers. You name it they seem to have it ! My favorite part of the store is there Bakery wonderful cakes made to order for any occasion and even some to pick up right away in the display case . Fantastic breads, cookies, pies, and and so many other wonderful treats. Their Bakery is as good as any you'll find privately-owned and a less expensive by far. The vitamin and supplement Isles are unbelievable in comparison to a drugstore you're saving a lot more money here. Over the years we've met many wonderful cashiers one in particular her name is Stacey. No matter how busy this store gets the cashiers move the people right through. But we look for Stacey, no matter how many people are in her line. She remembers our name and she always greets us with a smile. She honestly wonders how we're doing and you can tell she cares. She is a definite asset to this establishment! On the way out we can't resist the food court! Pizza, hot dogs, sandwiches, a new edition Chili, frozen yogurt, Berrry Sundays, are among the many Delicacies at the food court! But I must mention the prices are unbelievably reasonable. And on our way out the door we are thanked for shopping there. You can spend a whole afternoon here and have a blast! A very special place to shop...

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share some feedback regarding a recent visit to your establishment on 10/28 at approximately 4:30 pm.
While I understand and appreciate the necessity of security measures, I would like to express my concern about a perceived discrepancy in the application of these protocols. Specifically, I observed a thorough examination of my shopping cart, which contained 22 items. While I welcome this level of vigilance, I couldn't help but notice that similar scrutiny was not extended to other customers, including one with a larger shopping cart immediately ahead of me.
Furthermore, I believe it is crucial to ensure that all customers, regardless of their background, are treated with fairness and respect. Regrettably, I felt that there was an instance of racial profiling during my visit, which I believe warrants attention and corrective action.
Additionally, I would like to bring to your attention an interaction with a staff member ( Lady ) stationed at the exit. I believe there may be an opportunity for retraining in customer service practices.
