I had to greet the employees. This location is not exactly welcoming in doors- perhaps I would have had better luck in the drive- through. Just purchased the new “ baja steak and jack”🤔. I questioned why the cheese looked different than the picture. I was told it costs extra for pepper jack cheese.🤷🏽‍♀️

Looking at my receipt -it reads steak & cheese NOT baja steak and jack! Why did Subway send me this advertisement if it is not truly a “ new” item but rather an old item that upcharges for jack cheese.🤔
