The management at this establishment needs a serious wake up call, I do not need to be waiting in line for over a half an hour with no movement in line from the cashiers what so ever. I also do not need and don't deserve to be treated like trash. You have no right to judge anyone! Management should be ashamed of themselves for allowing such a dysfunctional business to operate with employees who do not know what on earth they are doing. A lot of changes need to take place immediately. There are a lot of people who are not actual businesses that are shopping here and there needs to be a serious crack down on this. There is way to many people borrowing other businesses cards through every friend in the neighborhood and buying food and produce for there personnel use at wholesale prices and that is completely not fair. Especially because there is no membership fee I'm not stupid. If you go to Costco they check everyone as soon as you walk in and if they do it so can you. If you are not an actual business you need to get out of here period end. Also your inventory system is not functional at all the prices that are labeled is not what you pay and is scanned at the register. I can physically prove this with pictures and documentation and I have physically gone back in the store with my receipt There are way to many check points and inspection points that are holding up the lines at the registers that is preventing us actual business owners from getting the stuff we need. We do not have all day to shop we need restaurant depot's management to implement some serious changes. Listen to the people who are suffering each and every time we come to shop here because we do not need to be harassed by your employees who will just kick you out if you say anything. WE WANT OUR VOICES HEARD!!!!!! The fork lift traffic needs to be addressed as well because I know for a fact that OSHA would never approve how it is your driving them right now. The fork lift operators are driving way to fast and there are way too many especially with the kind of carts your having us customers use there is everyone pushing and shoving all over the place and no room for us to stop and grab what food or produce you need. As soon as you stop to grab something within not even 10 seconds someone either moves your cart or yells at you to move out of the way. This is an accident waiting to happen someone is going to get seriously injured with the way you are driving your fork lifts, way too fast! I am pleased with the communication the TAT and the resolution. Everyone especially Frank was courteous, understanding, and detailed. I appreciate the effort and time you took to resolve the issue.

Below Be careful of their fresh oxtails they put out to sell especially if it marks manager special it is spoiled meat they are selling!!!
I purchased oxtails fresh oxtail took it home and it was spoiled then I was told you can't return manager special marked items when I called I was told I should have cooked the meat same time instead of putting it in my freezer because it was coming close to the date that they can't sell it so my question is why would you sell it because it has no expire date on it only you at restaurant depot would know that date so it Simple means you are selling spoil meat!

Read moreWell this store use to by favorite store until Today 5/22/2020. 2 things happened on same day. 1st when I was at the Customer service desk waiting in line the lady was trying to get her $$ back cuz she was over priced and Manger wasn’t very helpfully but after small argument Manger was able to return her $$ was over charged. 2nd. My turn came to pay after I was done shopping I would like to purchase 2 cases of Product( won’t mention the Name of product) when cashiers scan it price is over then shows on the shelf I ask her to fixed that please cuz doesn’t Mach with price on the shelf. Cashier calls the lady who is I believe is also Manager she try to convince me tha is different brand.which wasn’t cuz I took picture of the price tag on the shelf. I did got little upset and got load with her. So I decided not to purchase the Product I leave after I paid got in to my car look at the recipe and on the recipe is exact same product which I took picture earlier I when back to different manger ( same who was refusing to return other custmer $$). Did want to admit is there flat and offer me 1 cases of that product on tag price on shelf and said I don’t have to give you that price. So I told him then keep it.
